Diabetic Foot Treatment at Taara Ortho Care focuses on the evaluation and management of foot problems that can develop in people with diabetes. High blood sugar and related nerve or circulation problems may increase the risk of foot ulcers, infections, wounds, swelling, reduced sensation and delayed healing.

Our orthopaedic team carefully assesses the foot condition, wound severity, skin and soft tissues, and signs of infection to determine the appropriate treatment. Depending on the patient’s condition, care may include wound management, infection control, pressure offloading, dressing, medication, fracture or deformity management, and surgical treatment when required.
