ACL Injuries

ACL Injuries

ACL Injury Treatment at Taara Ortho Care focuses on diagnosing and treating injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), one of the key ligaments responsible for knee stability. ACL injuries commonly occur during sports activities, sudden twisting movements, jumping, falls or direct impact to the knee.

Patients may experience knee pain, swelling, instability, difficulty walking, reduced movement or a feeling that the knee may give way. Our orthopaedic specialist evaluates the injury and knee stability to determine the most appropriate treatment approach.

Depending on the severity of the injury and the patient’s activity requirements, treatment may include physiotherapy, bracing, rehabilitation, activity modification or ACL reconstruction surgery when clinically appropriate.

At Taara Ortho Care, our goal is to restore knee stability, strength and mobility while supporting a safe return to daily activities, fitness and sports.
